What Happened in the Cemetery

Looking over this blog, I realized that the story I told yesterday at the art workshop of my experience with the kittens in the cemetery was posted over at my Goat Borrower blog.

I will link it here.
Just click on the link and it will take you right to the blog about the kittens and the stone.
Enjoy!

Morgan Cemetery Row 2 extension

A return to the photographic grave documentation of the Morgan Road Cemetery Clay, NY.
The photos below are an extension of Row 2, starting from the west end of the cemetery.
Erosion of the small c,iff they sit on has made it difficult for me to get around to the front side to take photos as I am usually alone when I document.  Thankfully, at yesterday's workshop, I had my friend Kate as a spotter and was able to get the photos to finish the row.
As follows from left to right when facing the front of the stones:

Folk Art & Words in the Cemetery Autumn 2015

Saturday October 10, 2015
Morgan Road Cemetery
Clay, NY
Folk Art Workshop
**************************
Nothing is quite so glorious as spending the day in the autumnal sunshine creating art!
We had a beautiful day, made new friends, shared stories and took in the quiet beauty.
So many different pieces of art were created.
How blessed I am to have the job that I do.
Take a moment to walk the historical path of a long ago cemetery in your area.
The stones have many stories to tell.
Enjoy!
